You may apply for immigration and visa services directly with the Government of Canada at no cost. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you are purchasing professional consulting, representation, and support.

Restricted Countries​

We do not provide services to individuals or entities located in countries subject to Canadian or international sanctions. We reserve the right to decline or terminate service if providing such services would cause us to violate applicable sanctions laws or regulations.

Decision-Making Authority​

All decisions on immigration or visa applications are made solely by IRCC or the relevant government authority. We cannot guarantee any particular outcome. Our role is to advise, prepare, and represent you to the best of our ability.

Fees & Refund Policy​

  • All fees will be communicated in writing before services begin.

  • Fees are for professional services rendered and are not contingent upon application approval.

Refunds:

    • Refunds are available only if services have not yet commenced.

    • Once substantive work has begun (e.g., consultations provided, forms prepared, submissions drafted), fees are non-refundable.

    • Any exceptions must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

  • Government processing fees (where applicable) are separate from our professional fees and are non-refundable under all circumstances.
